We enjoyed great value for money with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and good Wi-Fi. The included breakfast was simple but plentiful. We also loved discovering the hidden gem of a Shinto temple nearby, and the choice of dining venues was excellent.

No negatives.

Great location, breathtaking scenery, and friendly service. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and slopes, which is perfect for those who enjoy skiing and snowboarding. The beautiful views from the room were stunning and helped set the mood for a truly relaxing experience. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made us feel at home.

Room cleanliness was lacking, and the pillows were too hard for a comfortable night's sleep. We found the room to be in need of a thorough cleaning as there was some rubbish piled up in the room. The bean-filled pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep. These were the two main negative aspects of our stay.
